“The staff at this hotel were amazing. They did everything you asked plus were there to help with extras like helping you get somewhere or helping you get to a place you never heard of lots of advice for somebody who had never been to this place.”

“The food staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception staff acted like they were guests. They had no local info, barely lifts a finger to help and were pompous. We had walked the Dingle Way to get there and there seemed to be a sense that we were somehow below the other tourists. Or they just didn’t know what to make of us. The housekeeping staff seemed to have forgotten our room. The shower handle came off in my hand and the ac that switched on and off all night had something wrong……

“Stayed a quick overnight. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. One of the reasons for booking was Expedia listed that it had laundry facilities but it was more laundry services. The reception was helpful in providing alternatives such as the self service laundry machines by the Circle K. She was even going beyond helpful by checking if it comes with detergent or if I need to purchase my own. I did not opt to use the self service as it wasn’t convenient for me at that time.”

“Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and the tub is also a jacuzzi. The location is right in town and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and the lobby is very nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but it goes with the vibe of the hotel so it didn't bother me. The shower however had mildew and stained grout that hadn't been addressed even after brining it to the attention of staff. I was even able to take a towel and wipe away some of the mildew after staff told me that it was just the grout. There was even mildew behind the toiletry dispenser in the shower. For the price of the hotel and trying to be……

“We had the most magical stay at Cahernane house. The grounds are spectacular and we used the free bikes and walked to explore them. The staff went over and above to make our time there amazing—from a private history tour to amazing recommendations for places to eat in our next destination, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was exquisite and not over the top, so we felt very comfortable. The included amenities were fabulous. This was absolutely our favorite hotel during our trip to……
